Recently, the aluminum twin-roll casting line designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Hengzhong Heavy Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was successfully installed and commissioned at the customer's site in Yibin, Sichuan. The equipment achieved a stable start-up with the first coil successfully produced, marking the official commencement of production.
This project adopts Hengzhong Heavy’s self-developed high-performance aluminum twin-roll caster. It features a compact structure, user-friendly operation, intelligent control, and stable performance. The equipment is well-suited for continuous aluminum strip casting and fully meets the customer’s demands for high efficiency and superior product quality.
Throughout the project execution, Hengzhong Heavy’s team maintained a customer-oriented approach, strictly controlling production processes and quality standards. The entire workflow—from manufacturing and logistics to on-site installation and commissioning—was carried out in a highly efficient and professional manner.
