The aluminum strip recoiling edge trimming machine is one of the new products developed by Hengzhong Heavy relying on scientific and technological innovation. In order to improve the production efficiency of the aluminum cold rolling mill, the aluminum and aluminum alloy strips and coils that have passed a certain numbe of rolling passes are cut off-line trimmed and rewound. The disc trimming shears of the unit can automatically adjust the side clearance, the overlap amount and the opening degree; the waste edge is crushed by a low-noise roller. The machine train is driven by a motor, which has the characteristics of short machine train layout high precision and convenient maintenance.
